Yesterday’s discovery was for a client who slipped and fell on a build-up of 3″ thick ice on a sidewalk in the Town of Prescott – resulting in a spinal disc bulge/pinched nerve and unremitting back, buttock & leg pain.
The Chief Operating Officer for the Town was absolutely charming, and freely agreed that the Town had done no winter maintenance whatsoever to ensure that this sidewalk was safe.
Further, there are lots of sidewalks in Prescott that aren’t maintained – at all. They’ve revamped their system since my client fell, to aim to get 50% of all Prescott sidewalks.
You’re making my job easy, Town of Prescott. You’re charming, but you’ll have to do better for your citizens.
